During sissy maid training, a Mistress or Master is highly likely to lay down the boundaries and explain what is expected. This not only includes duties she will be responsible for every day but covers the appearance of the maid, her general behaviour and demeanour, sissy maid etiquette and any other rules.

Let’s look at the essentials of sissy maid training and what you can expect once you start serving.

Sissy Maid Appearance

To play the part, you must look the part. Appearance is extremely important, and the onus is on the sissy maid to make sure that they comply in every way possible. Once they have been instructed how to dress, it is their responsibility to ensure they are properly attired at all times.

Dress

Standard sissy maid training uniforms usually comprise:

• A short sissy maid dress, usually of the French maid variety, but this can vary depending on the Master or Mistress.

• A lace underskirt to add volume.

• A pinafore.

• A maid's headband to keep hair out of the eyes.

• Bra and frilly knickers.

• Suspender belt and stockings (the stockings should come up to just below the skirt hem).

• High heels.

Apart from bedroom attire, a sissy maid uniform and accessories are the only clothing that can be worn while in service. If the sissy is tasked with shopping for Mistress, however, they may also have some outdoor clothing.

Chastity Device

One of the challenges of sissy maid training is to ensure that the sissy remains virtuous and doesn’t get too excited. Maids that are turned on by their attire and their new look need to be carefully controlled.

Fitting a chastity device is a prerequisite. This is normally a small cage that fits around the little sissy clitty which is then locked. The Mistress or Master retains the key. The chastity device remains in place almost permanently and is a constant reminder of sissy’s position in the household.

Makeup

The sissy maid will need to wear the appropriate makeup as dictated by the owner. This may be simple lipstick and mascara or full makeup with foundation, blusher and even some contouring to further feminize the face. The sissy maid should always ensure that they have makeup handy if they need, for instance, to touch up their lipstick.

Nails

The nails are also important. These need to be kept neat and long and should always be painted. The toenails should also be painted. The sissy may benefit from having this done at a professional salon, especially if they are going into full-time service.

Sissy Maid Uniform Care

Maid uniforms cost money and the sissy should ensure that she looks after them properly, making sure they are always clean, crease-free and looking attractive. The same goes for underwear such as panties and bras.

Cleanliness

The sissy maid must always maintain a pristine and clean appearance. Some activities such as cleaning can lead to accidents and stains. If the sissy maid discovers that her uniform has become dirty, she must immediately change. The sissy maid will have several uniforms to draw on and should ensure that a replacement is always available.

In addition, sissy must also ensure that she is properly epilated and clean, and wears deodorant and perfume that is in keeping with her feminine appearance. Regular inspections by the sissy’s owner are important as they help her get into a good habit of checking her wardrobe and making sure it is ‘fit for purpose’.

Sissy Maid Behaviour

Clothing and appearance can go a long way to ensuring that a sissy maid has the best start but there is still plenty of work to be done. In the early stages of sissy maid training, special attention needs to be given to her behaviour. How she moves and how she talks should become naturally girlish over time.

Posture

Posture needs particular attention and the sissy’s owner should make a point of calling out any slump in the shoulders or inappropriate standing. The shoulders should be back, with the breasts on display. The small of the back should be arched with the butt sticking out a little.

It’s important to watch for those unguarded moments when the sissy is, for example, cleaning. They can often resort to more masculine approaches because it is easier. This needs to be highlighted and remedied as quickly as possible.

Walking in High Heels

By far the most important early skill to learn during sissy maid training is mastering high heels. Sissies can start with lower heels, but this often prolongs the process. They should be wearing court shoes with around a 4 to 5-inch heel.

As with any skill, practice makes perfect. The sissy will be required to walk in a fluid, feminine manner. As they will be wearing high heels for most of the day, getting this right will naturally make things easier and less tiring in the long run.

Mannerisms

It’s nice to have a sexy feminine walk and wiggle those hips but sissy has to be completely girlish. They should aim for full femme mannerisms. This will come over time but should include learning how to sit and stand properly, keeping the wrists loose, maintaining soft hand gestures and playing with hair and jewellery and the like.

The sissy can learn a lot by viewing ultra-feminine women and imitating their movements and behaviour in front of a mirror.

Speaking

Part of the sissy maid training process is to become as feminine as possible and this is very important when it comes to the voice. Learning to speak like a girl takes a lot of practice but there are plenty of help videos online.

It’s not just the tone of the voice but the level of inflexion. Women tend to have a more sing-song delivery and emphasise different words to men. Again, getting the sissy maid to imitate their betters is a good way to develop this side of developing a believable female voice.

Sissy Maid Etiquette

From the very outset, etiquette is a very important part of sissy maid training. From how to address the Mistress to perfecting the curtsey, these are all elements that reinforce sissy’s subordinate position and her status as a servant.

Owners should be strict in reinforcing this etiquette. Other elements like posture and walking can take time. There is no excuse for sissy not following simple instructions on what they should do.

Addressing Mistress

Sissy will be given instructions to address their owner as Mistress or Master at the end of every verbal response. For example, if asked a question, the sissy might say ‘yes, Mistress’. Failure to give the appropriate address should be quickly punished, either with a sharp word or, if infractions continue, more physical punishment.

The sissy should keep their answers short and to the point and should not try to engage in conversation unless instructed to do so.

Addressing Others

While not Masters or Mistresses, others who attend the household should also be addressed formally, most often as either Sir, Miss or Madame. This applies even if, for example, the maid is admitting a workman into the premises.

Curtseying

The sissy maid will certainly learn how to curtsey properly and should spend a lot of time in the early stages of training to master it to their owner’s approval. Some owners prefer a short, demure curtsey. Others may require a deeper curtsey, lifting the skirt to reveal the panties.

The perfect curtsey should go as follows:

Elegantly place the right foot behind the left foot so the ankles are crossed. Take hold of the hem of the uniform at the sides with the fingertips. Bend slowly at the knees, dipping, making sure to pull up slightly on the hem and hold it out. Then rise back up just as elegantly.

Ideally, it should be one quick but fluid motion.

When to Curtsey

This will be dictated by the owner. In general, sissy maid training requires the maid to curtsey when entering and leaving a room. A sissy will also be expected to curtsey when a task has been performed or instruction given by the sissy’s owner and when greeting guests at the door.

The only people the sissy maid will not be expected to curtsey to would be other maids.

Punctuality

Finally, a big part of sissy maid training etiquette is punctuality. A sissy should always be on time. If Mistress has said she wants her breakfast delivered in bed at 8 am, then sissy must be up and ready and have it prepared at exactly the right time.

Sissy Maid Duties

Sissy maid training revolves around the duties that the owner wants their charge to carry out. This will vary from person to person but will normally involve:

• Clean the house daily, including hoovering, dusting, putting away clothes, maintaining the kitchen and so on.

• Wash the owner’s clothes and make sure they are ironed and put away in the appropriate place.

• Dress Mistress every morning and for special occasions. This involves ensuring that Mistress is properly attired and ready for the day.

• The sissy may be tasked with answering the door, for example, when guests arrive or accepting delivery or admitting workmen. They can also be asked to answer the phone, take messages and relay these to the owner.

• If workmen such as decorators or plumbers are coming to the house, the sissy maid should admit them and supervise (with deference) if instructed.

The sissy will be expected to learn how to cook and provide meals for Mistress or Master as well as prepare for visits and gatherings. In some cases, sissy maids from other households may be brought in to help with preparations in which case the resident sissy maid will be charged with ensuring they carry out their duties.

The sissy maid will also be tasked with doing the essential shopping for the household. This may involve going to the local supermarket dressed. An outfit may be provided for this or the owner might insist that the sissy simply wears a coat over her maid’s uniform.

Of course, all this will depend on the individual owner. Some Mistresses, for example, like to entertain and the maid will often be called upon to prepare for an evening soiree or a lunchtime get-together. That will include preparing food, making sure the residence is clean and serving guests at the gathering.

Sissy Maid Down Time

While she is likely to be kept busy most of the time, there is a break from the sissy maid training regime. However, most Masters and Mistresses will expect that the sissy will use this time productively.

That might include uniform care and washing, cleaning her room, practising walking in front of the mirror, perfecting her makeup application and learning to speak more femininely.

In sissy maid training, appearance, the duties carried out and the general etiquette of serving one’s betters is critical. Most sissy maids need a good deal of structure in their lives and they are happier for it. Once that sissy maid contract is signed and sissy maid training begins in earnest, all of the above requirements will eventually become second nature.

Sissy will be expected to work diligently towards the end goal of becoming a fully feminized sissy who wants nothing more than to serve their Mistress or Master.
